Last month jan I was diagnosed with vit d deficiency and anxiety. My blood test, ecg, thyroid normal. I was advised ciplar 20 a day and bondk cap a week as I was having breast pain, shoulder arm pain and weakness dizziness. Still at times once a week I feel so and at times feel acidity and chest tightness. Will I be normal ? Last week I had my periods for 3 days. But today after a week I had spotted brownish flesh like discharge while urinating. Is this to worry? I am veg, no smoke, drink, I am 41 year old.

Hi Ms. lybrate-user, you have not mentioned your anxiety symptoms clearly. Having all those pains and aches could be common before menstruation called as pmdd which most of the time does not need any medications. Yes, vitamin d deficiency gives rise to similar pains. If you have deficiency continue replacement every week for at least 12 weeks. Please clearly mention your anxiety symptoms.
