Hello- Since the active ingredient of delay sprays is lidocaine which is applied topically it is unlikely that there would be any adverse effect at the testicular level where sperm are being produced and stored. Although there might be a very small quantity of the substance coating the penis at the time of ejaculation it is unlikely that this would significantly impair sperm penetration of the cervix and therefore impair fertilisation capacity. In addition I would recommend that a sperm analysis be done at a reputable laboratory to lay any fears regarding sperm quality.
