My father is suffering from plural effusion the same has been tapped thrice. Plural fluid biopsy report is negative, tb test for culture is also negative. Doctors given akt 4 on the suspect of tb and then after 10 days suddenly he vomited blood then on report of lft and usg he got his liver damaged and bilirubin at 2.27 and doctors stopped akt 4. Then treatment for cirrhosis of lever started. Presently he is his urine quite normal in colour. But again plural effusion increases as he is normally in bed for full days. Medicines are running duphalac, razo-d, uroscol, rifagut 550. Four human albumin given to him on different dates. Please advice or any other further treatment. Again doctor is advised to tapped for plural effusion.
