75 years old male with parkinson is taking carbidopa/levodopa 200-200-50 enta and carbidopa/levodopa 50-200 er and things seemed to be under control but has started having memory loss, confusion, headaches and night mares went to his neurologist and he did nothing can you tell me is their anything we can do?

This seems to be occuring due to side effect of the medicine - which is otherwise necessary to manage parkinson's disease. So we cannot skip that at the moment, but we will need to manage the side effect. This can be done using specific medicines, like low dose anti psychotics which do not cause extra pyramidal side effects. Best person to guide you regarding this would be a psychiatrist/ neurologist who can see him in person and then prescribe.

Somehow dose of levodopa carbidopa is high, although you didn't mention frequency of dose. If he is taking bd than somewhat fine. Rest of the things will be taken care by psychiatrist.
