I have been prescribed q gold (coenzyme q10 100 mg), fertisure m (astaxanthin 4 mg, coenzyme q10 100 mg, elemental zinc 12 mg, levocarnitine 340 mg, lycopene 2.5 mg), fertilife (l creatinine 1500 mg, co enzyme q10 10 mg, zinc 12.5 mg, lycopene 2500 mcg) after dinner each tablet for 20 days. Is it safe to take duraplus in the morning or afternoon every alternate days?
