I did a routine gynic check up on january 22 that is hormones blood test and ultrasound for uterus and ovaries. Dominant follicle was detected on left side of my ovary. After I return to mumbai I noticed that I didn't get my period this month my lmp was on 27 december. On 31 jan I did a pregnancy test which showed two pink line. I thought of waiting for more 10 days after that I did blood hcg beta and urine test blood test contained 66039.0. And urine test came positive. My question is if I am pregnant then y didn't it came on my ultrasound?
