I was tb patient in 5 or 6 years back that time I consume medication upto 9 months of interval. After that I got lots of charbi (not fat) in thigh stomach and chest and I do not recognize on that time and don't take them seriously after that I try many gym and yoga to reduce weight but I don't do anything I do not have that energy level to able to stand in gym. I am also confuse to whom I consult dietitian or general doctor.

hi. on at there is always weight gain bcoz you tend to eat more as a side effect of the medicine what you need is balanced nutritional healthy diet to reduce weight in natural way which gives you health as well as sustainable weight loss
