Good evening, my doctor prescribed me bromhexine syrup but due to unavailability chemist substituted that with piriton expectorant (chlorpheniramine maleate+ammonium chloride+sodium citrate expectorant, which was previously banned by govt. But now ban has been lifted. Can I take piriton instead of bromhexine syrup?
