I'm having anal fissure from last two weeks, I took proper diet food and there is no pain for three days, but yesterday I ate guava (thinks seeds are more than normal) today morning after bowel movement starts paining and paining still now (12.40 pm). Is there any cause for pain by eating guava.

Eating guava has nothing to do with recurrence of pain. When fissure is not healed completely; off and on pain during defecation continues. For complete healing of fissure you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) 2-4 times daily followed by application of sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal passage. Put 5 ml of sushruta oil in anal canal in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement; you should take one tea spoon sushruta churna with warm water in night. To get these medicines and for further support and appointment; you may call reception at sushruta ano rectal institute.
