Hello doctor, I am 36 years old single female. 1) I ate kumkum (red color in temple) one tablespoon as god's prashada it's been more than 6 months. I feel it's harmful I saw in internet. Is that true and any tests Please recommend? 2) I took h1n1 vaccine 10 years ago only once just like that because everyone was taking as a precaution to be healthy and I did not continue to take other 2 doses (i think totally 3 doses in 3 months or something I heard everyone taking not sure) should I continue now to take again is it very importation what should I do Please help I am confused?

1) it is not good to eat kumkum amd as it is 6 months ago, you need not do anything It can give Itching and dandruff problems. Food poisoning, if consumed by mistake. Harmful for brain, kidney, eyes and reproductive system if inhaled, absorbed or eaten. Lead poisoning or lead nephropathy. AS you are fine nw , you need not worry 2) it is not compulsory to take 3 doses and if ther is infection prevalent you can take the next dose
