I'm a 49 year old woman who has been suffering from hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, systematic lupus. I'm using sildenafil chloroquine hydrochlorothiazide soluspirin simvastatin enalapril and atenolol. Some day's i'm suffering from headaches, dizziness, light chess pains, heavy leg's and arms and i'm just very tired. All that comes at the same times. My heavy leg's and arms happen almost every day. Is that normal.

No, that is not normal. Headaches and dizziness are may be due to fluctuating blood pressure. Please make sure your medicines are still working on you. I suggest you also start taking homeopathic medicines for the heaviness or dizziness and constant tired feeling.
