Hi sir I am suffer from jaundice since 11 months. April 18 I have acute hepatitis bilirub 17.6 sgpt 2600 sgot 3100 later 4 moths it was below 30 but bilirubin total is 2 to 3 mg/dl up and down my indirect bilirubin is 2.5 and direct 0.45 sgpt 45 ul I my usg show borderline enlarged liver. Now I taking udiliv 300 0nce I have done hav hbsag hcv hev negative. What should I do to cure sir? Please suggest me.

If you have predominantly indirect bilirubin with normal liver enzymes, it is usually due to causes other than liver, particularly gilberts syndrome or hemolysis. For these you need to get evaluated and no role of udiliv or any other drug.
