lybrate-user, Your glucose levels (the earlier one) are showing pre-diabetic stage. Usually no treatment is advised. Diet andexercise should help in preventing progression to diabetes. Since you are already on treatment the glucose levels should have been still lower. Please check hba1c%, that will give a clearer idea. Another important aspect is you are over weight, with a bmi 28.78 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter), showing an excess of almost 15 kgs plus. Reduction in weight will help in much better reduction in glucose levels. Even fatty liver will improve with weight reduction. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Increase the extent of daily exercise to over 1 hour a day. Avoid bakery items, pastries, deep fried foods, junk foods, foods made from maida and colas. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
