Dear sir, 2-3 month ago I had fissure problem, I got medicine suggested by doctor oflomac oz, ranitidine, evict syrup and cream gel, after some days fissure problem was solved. Now form 10 days I am feeling that pause is coming out from anus after fingering in anus, I am thinking that this is the symptoms of starting fistula problem, this stage is primary stage so please suggest me any medicine who cure this problem because I don't want for surgery. I will be very thankful for this request.
