Dear doctor, I am a 28 year old male having no health issues till date. It is only recently for the last 1 month, I have developed an itching sensation and a high sensitivity to touch on my right nipple (not on the areola). As such, I am having a difficulty in wearing clothes. Externally, there is no rash, redness, lump or any other spot-able observation. Was reading about paget's disease of the nipple. Kindly let me know what are the chances of the same given that I am a male and considering my age?
