I am 32 years old having pcod had 2 history of miscarriage. Now trying for baby. I am taking metformin 500 mg twice a day and diet control. I am taking letrozole on 2nd day of cycle for five day as ovulation induction drug and duphaston 10 mg 2 times from 18th day of cycle for 10 days. My question I do not know when I am ovulating. If I am ovulating after 18th day of cycle it will problem if I am taking duphaston.

You can use ovulation detection kit - iknow kit to detect your ovulation time. Start using it from 12th day of cycle ,test is done similar as urine pregnancy test ,2 lines denote that ovulation will occur within 36 hrs, accordingly time your intercourse.

Please note with Tab Letrozole or any ovulation induction drug you need follicular monitoring , to check for the ovulation. Also let me know whether you have done your fasting serum insulin levels , Sr TSH and Sr Prolactin?
