Hi, My 68 years old elderly mother (b.p. Patient, ckd & diabetic) had knee joint pain all of a sudden few days back. Due to this knee joint pain she was unable to stand for 5 seconds. Eventually, she was advised tab. Febuget, inj. Darzen - 40 apart from her regular medicines (arcamin, rozavel, amlong, prolomet xl- 25 and injection novomix 30-70) after taking 2 inj. Dargen 40 and tab. Febuget she started complaining pain below vest and above the with a tendency to go to washroom. Please suggest.

Your mother's urinary problem may not be related to the new medication started Since she is a diabetic with CKD check sugar levels and creatinine levels Also do urine routine to rule out urinary tract infection

Mostly joint pain is chronic and started acute pain in a few days, so you need to take x-ray of both knee standing with consult physician for frequnt urinary problems.
