Usually osmf patients get some amount of relief with antioxidant combinations containing lycopene. Please consult your dentist regarding the duration of medication and dosage. Sometimes we prescribe intralesional injections of hyaluronidase and corticosteroids that have been found to be quite effective, provided you have quit your habit completely.
