I have ache rosacea from past 5 years. Have tried homeopathic medicine. Alao took sotret 20 m for 3 months along with metro gel and soolantra 2 years back. Effect remains only till 6 months of a taking isotretinoin. Please suggest if I can get rid of persistent patchy redness on face and small pimples.

A. Rosacea is a long term problem and one can't completely get rid of it easy. That doesn't mean you can't have a normal color skin. There are few specific usfda approved creams available which reduce redness literally in minutes. Plus taking care of aggravating factors control disease and it's complications to a good extent.
