I am 2 years old of marriage. We have been trying one year for now to get conceive. Last month I consulted a doctor she prescribed be wincyst and follow-m tabs for 3 months. She did follicular scan for the whole cycle and told eggs are releasing properly and suggested to take letrozole for 5 days. We had intercourse accordingly still that month I got periods. Now second-time same procedure is going on. So many times I have noticed that I get vaginal/urinary tract infection one week before my periods which is itchy and burning sensations during intercourse and after intercourse. After my periods I don't experience any of those symptoms till next cycle starts. I don't know what type of problem it is? Would it be the reason for not conceive? Please suggest.

Please get your basic fertility tests and base line sonography done during your periods. Also need to test for the tubes (hysterosalpingography) between 6th to 10th day pf periods. Before taking ovulation medicines you should be clear about the basic hormones and tubal patency.
