I am 36, female, have 3 kids one is boy, second time twins boy and a girl. 2 cases, now after my second operation I am continuous gaining weight, also now three days back my ultrasound report says I have pcos problem, my doctor prescribed me "norethisterone tablets" for periods. Please suggest now how should I recover from this problem.

Get your tsh levels done. You should go for weight reduction. do regular exercises and brisk walking for 20 minutes daily .take a protein rich and carbohydrates and fat restricted diet.take a fibre rich diet
