Piles usually don't cause pain until n unless thrombosed may be you have some other problem like fissure too, correct this is to consult a surgeon and till that time do sitz bath regularly, avoid constipation, drink plenty of water eat green vegetable fruits and salads use some laxatives like isabgol.
