Hi, I am 16 years old. I am 1.74 m tall and weigh 85 kg. I want to do the water fast. I have done my research and saw that there where so much health benefits of. Problem I have is, I have polycystic kidneys. Some say its good for the kidneys, some say that it isn't. The cysts are small and I have never had kidney problems. Could I do the fast? Positives en negatives?
