Both ovaries show multiple small peripheral follicles with central echogenic stroma. My right ovary 9.5 cc left ovary 4.8 cc is this condition normal or critical. Can I get pregnancy with this condition. And my previous measurements right ovary 12.8 cc left ovary 15.6 cc any change in the ovary condition. Please tell me.

Not critical but one not normal. Better than previous. In pcod ovulation- release of an ovum is deranged because of hormonal changes. So long time different trials are required to treat same so with patience continue consulting gynecologist or infertility specialist in whom you have trust.
