Hi, I am 28 years old married woman from past 3 years. I have pcos/pcod problem and undergoing ayurvedic treatment. My period cycles last for 35-37 days and I have moderate bleeding with abdomen pain. I would like to know if certain foods can be taken or not. Can I have 2 table spoon of fenugreek sprouts with little bit of curd or butter milk and pepper powder everyday? Or I should completely avoid curd/butter/cheese/milk products. Once in a day I have coffee with a table spoon of jaggery and some pepper powder. Is that fine? Which oils can I use for cooking? I try to avoid this sunflower oil as it is refined oil. How about mustard/sesame/coconut/groundnut oil? Is coconut water ok to drink every day? For period pain l boil ajwain cumin and fennel seeds and drink the concoction or sometimes I just add the ajwain. I don't eat chicken or other meats apart from eggs and fish. Please advise.

After 6 in evening to avoid carbs and take protein+fibre.
