I have recently had septorhinoplasty and am 1 1/2 weeks post op. I understand that swelling is huge at this stage, but my nose just seems so off. I have a bump on my right profile, but my left profile is perfect. This was not here when the cast was taken off, and I am extremely worried. The bump is not compressible, which leads me to believe that this is a disturbance in the bone. Could this be part of the healing process and normal, or did I mess something up?
