Hi, my wife had lscs (lower segment cesarian section) before three years so we are now planning baby by normal vaginal delivery. So how it will be possible what to do for, how can we assure all ruptures are fine now can go for normal delivery.

No need to do any special check up. If all routine reports and vaccinations and supplements implemented prior to planning pregnancy- go ahead and plan pregnancy if all these not done meet gynecologist. You can not do anything except routine care required to any woman for avoiding caesarean and having normal delivery. In trying to have vaginal delivery you have to accept small risk of rupture of scar- understand from your obstetrician.
