My age is 42 male. In lft test my alanine phosphatase result 215 and ggt is 77u/l and absolute leucocyte count here mpv is 13.4 and pdw is 19.40 fl and platelet to large cell ratio is 52.60%. Please advice what we do in this case.

Typically the range for normal ast is reported between 10 to 40 units per liter and alt between 7 to 56 units per liter. Mild elevations are generally considered to be 2-3 times higher than the normal range. The normal range for ggt levels is 9?48 units per liter (u/l). Normal values can vary due to age and sex. The ggt test can diagnose liver damage, but it can't determine the cause. If your ggt level is elevated, you'll probably have to undergo more tests.
