Chyavanprash is a complete tonic. however few people do not like to continue with it. to use simplest combo Ashwagandha, brahmi and Indian gooseberry powder 1:1:1 ratio 1/2 tsp total may be taken with milk (prefer cow nilk). sometimes, say three days in a fortnight 1/4 tsp of dry ginger powder may be added to milk to keep 'Agni Pradeepan' intact keeping your digestion, metabolism, assimilation food perfect. More dry ginger should not be taken in summer. Ashwagandha, Brahmi are good for Nervous system strength and Indian gooseberry for immunity enhancement, vit c etc. Indian gooseberry is the only sour 'ras' which can be consumed with milk. pl consult privately more information
