Hi. Since 3-4 years I am having hormonal imbalance basically my prolactin level gets high due to which I have irregular periods. Later I was diagnosed with thyroid as well. I am perfectly fine when I am on my medicines but as soon as I quit taking medicines I face number of issues. The biggest is hair fall. These days I am having immense hair fall. The hair gets out straight away from the scalp. What exercises and routine should I follow apart from medicines. Please elaborate the diet that I should strictly follow and the workout time. I am highly worried about the hair fall and this is causing more hair fall. Please guide me how can I control all this. The doctor says I have pcod as well. So keeping all this what should I do.

High prolactin and pcod needs reguilar treatment and repeated check up by gynecologist. High protein, all vitamins-minerals, treating anaemia if exists, omega-3, good quality shampoo will help. For all these you may contact me to get details of products.
