My son is 2 years and 2 months. He is not speaking anything without any. And he is not respond when I called his name. Bt he hear it and smiles. One of my friend said it is a sign of autism. He knows all and not very aggressive. Very calm. I am confused what happened to my baby. I think eye contact is less. Is it a sign of autism? Please tell me what it is.

You should visit child neuropsychiatrist for proper diagnosis but autism is detected after 3 years of age keep on interacting with your child play with him games that promote eye contact like ball throw & catch, stacking beads. Make different phonetical sounds in front of child speak single words & short sentences in front of child give child more attention & spend more time with child.
