HI, I have anal fissure past one year. after my baby delivery. I am in homeopathy treatment now. please tell me which best fissure cream. I use diltiazem. But I do not now how long can I use this? please bataye konaz cream use karo.

Please use ano metrogyl cream and 2% diltiazem cream together. Please apply the cream before and after passing motion and after sitting in warm water. Sit in warm water 3 times a day. Every time for 15 minutes. Take tab. Crocin 500 mg 1/2 hour before going to toilet (if possible) this will reduce the severity of pain. Regards.
