Backache and leg pain before 10 days of my periods which is abnormal. Is it pregnancy symptoms or any other health problem? In addition I am trying to conceive. Please help me.

You have dysmenorrhoea and these pan cannot be pregnancy. You need pain killer like meftal spas for the pain dysmenorrhoea is the term used to describe painful periods. Period pain from your first period or shortly after, and without a specific cause, is known as primary dysmenorrhoea. Period pain caused by certain reproductive disorders, such as endometriosis, adenomyosis or fibroids, is known as secondary dysmenorrhoea. For best relief, you should take ibuprofen as soon as bleeding or cramping starts. Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen. Rest when needed. Avoid foods that contain caffeine. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
