Hello sporidex is an antibiotic and it has absolutely no role in piles. It may be taken if there is local infection which is very unlikely. Most of the bleeding piles needs surgery but you cannot lable any bleeding as piles and it's better to get yourself examined from a surgeon specialist or a proctosurgeon. Regarding relief in symptoms and bleeding you can try following things till you get yourself examined. 1. Avoid red meat. Take lots of fluids fruits and veggies. 2. Do sitz baths with warm saline water thrice a day. 3. Apply dobesoft cream locally thrice. 4. Take tab dobirut twice a day for two weeks. 5. Take softovac granules bedtime with a glass of water. Try this regimen and hopefully you will improve. For any more help feel free to contact. Regards.
