I am 30 years f. We are trying for pregnancy from last 10 month. I have thyroid and taking regular medicine for this. My amh is 3.2, and my husband semen analysis report is his motility is 36% and he is taking medicine fertisure m for sperm mortality. Why I am not getting pregnant. Please help me.
