Hi, I am a 18 year old male. I am having pain in my testicles. First I had pain in both testicles. Now I have pain only in my left testicle. Dull pain comes and goes. Also I have light fever about 96f. I also am experiencing fatigue. I used to be in great shape, exercising everyday and part time soccer player. Now I get so tired after only a light walk. I also experience some pain in my butthole. Also pain in lower abdomen that comes and goes. I had a uti a few months ago. Took some antibiotics for it. I also took medicines for constipation and gas in the last few months.
