I was on keto diet in 2017 for 6 months. Then in a month after stopping the diet, got food poisoning. Was diagnosed as sibo and ibs there after. Used to get a lot of burning in the stomach. Had severe hairloss in 2018 and is still continuing to point now that my scalp is very visible which stresses me out and makes me sad. In 2018 all I ate was dal chawal. Not fruits or vegetables. Homeopathy helped with stomach burning and food sensitivities but not completely. I still keep getting these episodes of burning and frequent visit to washroom right after eating when the stomach is upset. Also taking digestive enzymes. Severe seborrheic dermatitis on scalp. Hair gets greasy the second day of washing. It becomes itchy too. The fine new baby hair is falling out. Can you please advise. My ferritin is low at 10. The rest of the labs seem to be normal.
