I am 47 years old and suffering from piles since august 2018. For the first 2 months there was swelling and pain but now no more pain and swelling. The problem is_ the movement of worm/parasites is very uncomfortable (specially at night. I took abd-400 and no worm but no effect, I also used to sit on warm water and uses ointment like - pilex, sucral but no effect. Tell me what should I do to cure this?

If you have tried everything then most probably you need surgery for it, any good surgeon can recommend you well after grading piles.

I feel sorry for your irritating experience. One will have severe itching due to mucous discharge due to improper closure of anal office. Please see a qualified surgeon get yourself examined and follow his advice. It may include surgery for piles. You are right when piles are not thrombosed or not strangulated you will not have pain.
