Hello it looks like you have vit c deficiency. You could use some - vitamin b complex capsules -chewable vitamin c tablets like limcee you could use a gum astringent to massage your gums like stolin. -maintain a proper owl hygiene - use a mouth wash - have leafy vegetables, citrus fruits. - drink enough water and for the cold you can use otrivin nasal spray twice daily.
