I had my knee surgery six months before for ligament rupture. Now a month back I slipped in the bathroom due to which I experienced immense pain and also my knee started locking while I walked. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed disperzyme and zynase for two weeks with a brace in the knee for walking. Although the knee got better I am having very severe episodes of anxiety attacks (high bp, shivering, nauseated) of 10 mins multiple times a day. Is this the side effects of the medication I took earlier? If not what else is the cause? And how can I treat it? I also had a nose bleed 3-4 times please help.

locking episodes indicate an injury to the meniscus (a cushion in the knee). repeat MRI if locking persists
