Dear lybrate-user. Tetrafol is just a vitamin supplement for various medical condition. Folic acid is a vitamin given to pregnant women on drugs to get normal baby without neural tube defects. It is also given for some types of anemias. Methylcobalamin is also another vitamin like b12 given for various neurological symptoms as an add on supplement. Don't diagnose disease from drugs. A drug can be given for many diseases at different doses.
