Hello Dr, sir me kafi time se left testis me veins ka guchcha feel kar raha hu mne pada iske bare me to vericocele ka pata chala sir ye normal hai without surgery ja sakta h ya mjhe treatment krwana padega iska surgery ke sath.

You can get ultrasound of scrotum which will grade your varicocele. Treatment depends on grade and its effect on your sperm count and your marital status.

Get a scrotal dopler usg do see what is the exact problem and grade of varicocele. Till then wear tight underwear and avoid hot baths or increased temperature in scrotal area.... Final treatment can be decided after dopler USG... Regards
