Hi, Me and my partner have regular sex every month. I got married 5 months before but I am not conceived why? if I have the problem but after sex 2 weeks later. I got symptoms like frequent urination, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, breast tenderness, a darling of nipple etc.

In your case there is nothing to worry. Chance of pregnancy per cycle with regular unprotected intercouse is 20% and by the end of 1 year 80%of couples conceive. Investigation is only warranted if by the end of one year a couple does not conceive vaginal and urinary infections are common after marriage which may be cause of frequent urination, lower abdominal pain etc. Consult gynaecologist or connect online for preconceptional counselling.
