My period is 18 days late and last week I did the ultrasound scan and it was normal. Then I did pregnancy test 2 days back and found negative. But today I felt sudden pelvic pain. It was severe at one point and was gone after sometime. I had medical abortion 5 months back and did not go for scan after abortion. And the discharge is like tissue (clots). So am confused what might be the cause. Can it be ectopic or miscarriage or pregnancy.
