I was diagnosed with high bp since 2 years for which was give olmetrack 20/5 mg to take it at bedtime. Whether I take it or not but whenever I check my bp is always high ranging from 160/103 - 180/108 with pulse ranging from 77-90. The diastolic ranges are always above 100. What should I do. My age is 42.
