My wife's age is 32 years. She is planning to conceive. As per the gynecologist we visited, she should get rubella vaccination as her rubella igg level is -ve. After taking the vaccination it is safe to get pregnant after 3 months. Now she has taken the r-vac injection. But when google in internet some sources say pregnancy should be after 6-8 months or else it will have a impact to the baby's mental and physical health. Kindly provide a guidance how to proceed further?

The guidelines has been changed and as per cdc one can conceive even after one month. Don't worry, 3 month is a reasonable good interval.
