Actually cats usually attain puberty between 5 to 6 months, since you feel its not having any signs, you can go for scanning.

Cats come to puberty after 8 to 9 months of age. If after 1 years of age she is not showing any symptoms then go for medication. Give hormonal injections along with syrup supplements.
