Last three years I am taking udp at tablet for high blood pressure. I like to inform you that last 7 years I am regular taking licker. Every day at 11: 30 to 12: 30 pm three pag and evening 7 to 8 three pag. Last seven month I left licker completely. Last few days I check my bp. It is 118/75,123/67. Before this my bp is 165/90,176/80. Now I think my bp is control normal range. So what can I do? Can I go with tablet or not?

You have to continue tablet as it is controlled because if it be stopping it may cause increase in it again.
