Hi sir/madam I am 29 years old male I am having problem in penis erection it never get proper hard as it should be and when it erect it doesn't maintain the erection loss the tightness even I am near to a naked women and when I discharge after a week a saw lumps in my semen which create pain during discharge and when I discharge after every second day the lumps gone.
