I had protected sex with my partner. There was no sign of protection failure. But I am having my periods 5 days left and lasts fir three days. Is there any chance of pregnancy.

Hello. If there was no chance of protection failure then pregnancy can't occur. Pregnancy related problems can occur due to many hormonal problems also.
